This is a healthy but very cold Tortoise. We used to live in California and all of our Torts were happy, but now we live in Montana and the 8 months of winter does not go over well with them. This particular tort has laid eggs before and is close to prime breeding age. I have hibernated them for the last three years, and they have done well with it. She is slowing down now and getting ready to sleep for the winter, but I am sure some warm weather would perk her right up. I also have another large female and a male (CB) Russian Tortoise. Please let me know if there are any question. (sbudlong@gmail.com) Thanks!
