1) All animals are sold AS IS, unless other wise stated.

2) J and S Inverts is not responsible for carrier delays.

3) Live arrival guarantee is only available for Overnight delivery. Priority comes with no guarantee.

4) Any DOA or unsatisfactory animal must be reported within 24 hours after arrival, and sent back before replacement, if available, will be given. No exceptions! If you don't contact us within 24 hours, we assume you're happy, and any and all guarantees are null and void. NO CASH REFUNDS!!! Shipping charges are NOT covered.

5) Payments can be made via PayPal (paypal to paypal only! NO echecks, credit or debit cards!), Money orders, both Postal and others, Checks, which need to clear before shipping, or Cash in hand (only with extreme cases, must be pre arranged!) Buyer has 1 day (24 hours) to contact us and make payment arrangements, if we don't hear from you, we assume you don't want the animal(s) and you will receive negative feedback and the animal(s) get re-listed. Payment must be received within 3 business days of auction end! To insure your payment get's here in a timely fashion, and your guaranteed purchase of the animal(s), you may choose to send payments VIA Priority mail.

6) All sizes are approximate! With spiders it's from Leg I to Leg IV on the same side. Snakes and lizards are snout to vent lenght.

7) Shipping days are Monday thru Wednesday for Overnight, and Monday and Tuesday ONLY for Priority. Other days at buyers request but void all guarantees.

8) Shipping carrier is USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Prices range depending on animals weight, and location. We will quote you a price when contacted by buyer.

9) J and S Inverts will not be held accountable for packages set outside and left by the carrier, or missed on first delivery attempt. We pack in a manner that will ensure the animals safety, but generally do not ship when temperatures exceed a low of 40 degrees or a high of 90 F. Customer may request animal(s) be shipped when weather is below 40 and above 90, but it's at buyers risk and will void any and all guarantees. Cool packs and heat packs are available at buyers request.

10) The buyer is responsible for familiarizing yourself with and complying with any local, state, and federal wildlife laws. The buyer agrees not to hold J and S Inverts responsible for any harm that results from the buyer's purchase and keeping of invertebrates and or other reptiles.

11) There will be no sales to minors on all invertebrates. Proof of age may be required at J and S Inverts discretion. Sales to minors regarding other reptiles must have parent consent. J and S Inverts has the right to call, and/or have a contract signed by the minor's parent.

12) J and S Inverts does not recommend the handling of invertebrates.
