These turtles are currently under 4". If your local laws prohibit turtles of this size, I am not responsible. Check your local laws! Also a note, just because it may be illegal in your area for stores to sell turtles under 4" DOES NOT automatically mean that it is illegal to purchase them through the mail. Make sure you know the difference. You can either ask the Fish and Wildlife service or contact your local DNR office. If you need turtles over 4" contact me for avilability.
